Please note:  Our list for  persons under 62 with physical disabilities is currently open.  In order to be eligible for this provision, a person's disability must be due to a physical condition that causes them to be disabled.

 

Effective July 1, 2018, in compliance with HUD Mandate Rule RIN 2577-AC97, Clawson Manor will become a smoke-free building.  All smoking will be banned within 25 of the building.  No smoking can occur within the common areas, or private apartments--no exceptions.  This policy will be enforced in ALL HUD facilities.  Please take this in consideration when applying for an apartment in Clawson Manor.

     
 

Clawson Manor is an independent living, affordable housing complex for those over 62 years of age.  There is also a limited amount of space for those under 62 who are physically disabled.  Clawson Manor is conveniently located in downtown Clawson (located between the cities of Troy and Royal Oak), just west of the intersection of Main St. (Livernois) and 14 Mile Rd.
